Centr
Centr, headed up by Thor’s Chris Hemsworth is an immersive home fitness app that has over 1000 workout routines, meditation and yoga, as well as a comprehensive meal planner, to essentially take any of the guesswork away from training at home.
We found the app to be immensely varied and thorough, and the food planner really adds another level to many of its competitors on the market.
Are you going to end up looking like Chris Hemsworth himself, unlikely! Are you going to feel fitter, leaner and energised, highly likely!
